Description

The Capacity Building Centre at the Nigerian Oil and Gas Parks Scheme (NOGAPS) site in Emeyal-1 is a flagship infrastructural development spearheaded by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). The project is part of NCDMB’s broader strategy to drive indigenous participation, skill development, and economic empowerment within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
